Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026 • BulkBuddy Group Buying Beta

1. Service Nature

BulkBuddy acts as a digital matching and collective bargaining coordinator connecting prospective consumers with nearby physical retail stores. BulkBuddy is free for individual buyers during beta. You only pay the local merchant for the goods you purchase.

2. Reliability & Commitment

To ensure group discounts remain valid with merchants, buyers must be committed to the purchase once a circle reaches required headcount. Users who repeatedly back out without valid reason may be restricted from future circles.

3. Warranties & Payments

All product warranties, return policies, official GST invoices, and after-sales support remain directly between you and the authorized selling dealer/merchant.
